LUZI AG, based in Dietlikon (Zurich Area, Switzerland), is a globally active mid-sized company and has been developing and producing fragrance compositions for fine fragrances, personal care, home care and air care products for over 90 years. Due to our successful activities, we have grown continuously over the years and have developed from a small family business into a major international player in the industry. We employ around 190 people (over 130 of them in Switzerland) and operate production facilities in Switzerland and Malaysia. SENIOR FRAGRANCE DESIGN MANAGER EUROPE

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The independent management and coordination of various customer projects with the aim of developing targeted and project-specific olfactory product solutions, taking into account price, regulatory and olfactory parameters
  • The coordination of fragrance development in cooperation with perfumers, marketing and sales
  • The continuous development and maintenance of the existing fragrance and product portfolio
  • The proactive analysis of consumer and customer needs and the identification of relevant olfactory trends
  • The execution of general and specific market analyses in cooperation with marketing

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of fragrance evaluation and development; completion of a training course at ISIPCA, the Ecole Supérieure du Parfum or a comparable institute is a plus
  • An affinity for and a strong interest in market products
  • Passion for new fragrance trends in the product segments mentioned above
  • Very good olfactory skills
  • Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Good assertiveness and judgment
  • An independent, structured and proactive approach
  • A high ability to work in a team
