Sales Manager North Africa 100% (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan)

LUZI AG, based in Dietlikon/Zürich, is a global active Swiss SME. We have been developing and producing fragrance compositions for fine fragrance, personal care, home care and air care for over 90 years. As a result of our successful activities, we have grown continuously over the years and have developed from a small family-owned business into a major international player. We employ around 190 people (over 130 employees in Switzerland) and operate production facilities in Switzerland and Asia. Despite our growth, we have retained our family spirit working atmosphere.

In the context of our further expansion and our corporate strategy geared towards sustainable, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER NORTH AFRICA (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan). 

We are now looking for a Sales Manager that is driven by passion for Fine Fragrances and Personal Care. You are focusing on the uprising North African market while being based in our Sales office in Dubai. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director Africa.


  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Sales of fragrances, focusing on Fine Fragrances and FMCG (Personal, Home & Air Care)
  • Manage complex negotiations
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Understand the needs of our Agents and support them according to their needs
  • Develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers and their products/ brands
  • Understanding and feeling market dynamics
  • Travelling throughout the North African region (approx. 30-40 % of your time)
  • Establish together with Marketing and Fragrance Design Management internal project pipeline


  • Excellent track record in Sales, 3 years sales experience (a network in Fragrance Business would be an advantage)
  • Must speak and write fluently in Arabic, French and English (any further language is a plus)
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Confident friendly and engaging appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of customers and competition
  • Techno-commercial role in the fragrance, perfume, cosmetics or ingredients sectors, preferably in international work environments
  • Must be resident in Dubai
