ANALYTICAL PERFUMER

In the course of further expansion and based on the company's strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are offering a position at our headquarters in Dietlikon, Switzerland as an Analytical Perfumer.
Responsibilities

Analyze Fine Fragrance and FMCG benchmarks with modern GC-MS/FID instruments (Pegasus, LECO)

Write demo formulas based on analytical data and based on olfactive assessments

Analytical interpretation of essential oils in Perfumes
-
Characterize unknown molecules by using GC-O (Sniffing Port)
Requirements
-
About 3 - 5 years of experience as an Analytical Perfumer

Bachelor Degree in Sciences or relevant training in one of the renowned perfumery schools

Experienced with fragrance formulation and reformulation

Experienced in interpretation of GCMS data

Technical knowledge of perfumery materials

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines

Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)

A strong interest for fragrance reformulation and problem solving

A strong background with ingredients knowledge

Team oriented and interpersonal skills
