STRATEGIC BUSINESS ANALYST

In your role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with and report directly to the CEO Switzerland

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate future requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with product owners, based on their strategic inputs

• Ensure a globally harmonized process landscape

• Conduct meetings & workshops, perform requirement analyses, document respective result and effectively communicate them in cross-functional teams and as well as to the management

• Organize and perform tests of newly developed functionalities and train and support users

Your profile:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, economics, a natural science or comparable education

• At least three years of experience in a business analyst role (Business Process Management), such as working for a consultancy, bank, industrial company, or equivalent

• Preferably in-depth experience as business analyst with developing target operating models and process optimization in consulting or the industrial manufacturing, chemicals or consumer products sector

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as precise verbal and written expression

• Willingness to contribute to a motivated, creative and dynamic team

• Deal with a wide range of tasks and interest in learning about a unique industry and novel processes

• Fluency in English; German is a plus

• Willingness to travel
