FRAGRANCE DESIGN MANAGER 100%(M/W/D)

In the course of further expansion and based on the company's strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are offering a position at our headquarters in Dietlikon, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Management of customer projects:

    • Manages development and daily business projects, ensuring to pick the right fragrances for each project.

    • Provides creative guidance and feedback to perfumers.

    • Ensures timing, pricing and regulatory requirements are met in collaboration with Creative Perfumery, Sales and Marketing departments.

    • Participates to customer meetings and market visits, presents submissions and promotions to customers.

  • Management of proactive projects: global and regional trend promotions, client specific promotions a.o.

  • Olfactive training: provides olfactive training to internal and external stakeholders (customers).

  • Library maintenance and extension.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in evaluation / fragrance design, preferably on personal care categories; FF and / or technical applications a plus

  • Higher education in chemistry, business/management or other relevant subject

  • Passion for fragrance and olfactory training in one of the renowned perfumery schools (ISIPCA, Ecole Supérieure du Parfum or similar)

  • Fluency in English and French mandatory, German is a plus

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Market knowledge: France and/or Western Europe, African markets a plus

  • Understanding of main regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to successfully drive perfumers’ creativity

  • Ability to work in a multilingual, fast-paced environment
