Luzi (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading fragrance compound manufacturer with international operations, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Executive to join its team in Johor, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and lead the support of the sales and development processes

  • To support the sales team and sale agents in coordinating all sorts of department related activities

  • To ensure all customer requests to LUZI are met on time

  • Maintains and drives respective KPI’s to measure and manage expected progress by delivering requests and services on time and improve constantly LUZI’s services to improve speed to market.

  • Regularly update and maintain customer requests, projects, and doing the follow up in order the supporting teams meet the given deadlines.

  • To receive first orders and ensure it is processed correctly at the customer service / logistic department

  • To maintain and update the price list for clients and other customer, sales and logistic related master data

  • Coordinate the customer requests such as sample orders, marketing material or R&D requests and projects.

  • Generate and prepare sales reports on a monthly basis

  • Sending special goods, marketing materials and special required documents via Fedex / DHL to customers or our headquarters

  • Maintaining all relevant and important internal sales department documentation properly and liaising with other departments related to the internal sales processes such as Evaluaiton, QA, PAD, logistics and R&D.

  • Works closely with QA on issues pertaining to customer complaints and ensure it is addressed

  • Works closely with Evaluation, Marketing & PAD in fulfilling customer requirements and request.

Further Additional Responsibilities will be an added advantage:


  • Supports Marketing in Market intelligence, analysis, trend-spotting continuous monitor, analyses category movements, product launches, and the olfactive landscape in consumer products.

  • Maintain and update the Customer Database correctly and in timely manner.

  • Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product


  • 3-5 years experience in Sales, Sales Back office or Marketing

  • Ideally experience in the fragrance industry or similar chemical industry

  • Any experience in the fields of chemistry, cosmetics is an advantage

  • Experience in project support

  • Diploma/Degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry Major

  • Strong personality with sound interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Pleasant, well-groomed, confident and winning appearance

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good manners

  • Very good communication skills

  • Structured,  independent, reliable, and result-oriented working style and have technical flair.
