As part of our continued expansion, based on our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative, and quantitative growth, we are filling a full-time position at our new Creative Villa in Dubai (UAE).

WHAT WILL YOU DO
-
Develop, elaborate, and present customer-specific and proactive trend presentations, taking into account product, target group, and market trends for national and international clients in the fragrance industry

Develop and execute trend-driven concepts for trade shows, events, and brand experiences, incorporating current market and lifestyle trends in collaboration with Visual Communications

Design and evaluate olfactive concepts in close collaboration with the Fragrance Design and Sales Departments
-
Brief, coordinate, and approve graphic design deliverables such as mockups and layouts, while managing and further developing the LUZI merchandising portfolio
-
Create written content for image brochures, social media, customer presentations, and poetic fragrance descriptions

Support the planning, organization, and execution of international trade shows and events, ensuring consistent brand representation

Continuously monitor markets, products, and trends in the Fine Fragrance and Personal Care segments, collaborating closely with different internal departments
WHAT WE EXPECT

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
-
Strong sense of language and a keen eye for aesthetic, brand-consistent design and storytelling
-
Excellent presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
-
Willingness to travel, particularly for customer visits in the Middle East and participation in trade shows and events
-
Solid knowledge of product marketing, digital and social media management
-
Creativity, passion for brand communication and product development, combined with a strong sense of quality
