To help us pursue our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at our headquarters in Dietlikon (Zurich, Switzerland).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Successfully manage development and daily business projects in the Niche field, ensuring to pick the right fragrances for each project.

  • Be an instrumental partner of a dedicated team and support the corresponding strategy definition.

  • Provide creative guidance and feedback to perfumers.

  • Ensure timing, pricing and regulatory requirements are met in collaboration with Creative Perfumery, Sales and Marketing departments.

  • Present submissions and promotions to customers.

  • Provide olfactive training to internal and external stakeholders (customers).

  • Maintain and enrich library (Gap, Freedom etc); define genealogies and ensure new article information is complete.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Higher education in chemistry, business management or related fields.

  • Olfactory/fragrance trained in one of the renowned perfumery schools (ISIPCA, Ecole Supérieure du Parfum, etc.).

  • 10+ years of experience in evaluation/fragrance design in the Fine Fragrance category, with ideally approximately 3+ years of them in the Niche field.

  • Languages: English and French are mandatory; German is a plus.

  • Excellent organization and project management skills, market knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a team-player mindset and hands-on mentality.

  • Ability to work in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
