To help us pursue our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at our headquarters in Dietlikon (Switzerland).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • ​Successfully manage development and daily business projects, ensuring to pick the right fragrances for each project.

  • Provide creative guidance and feedback to perfumers.

  • Ensure timing, pricing and regulatory requirements are met in collaboration with Creative Perfumery, Sales and Marketing departments.

  • present submissions and promotions to customers.

  • provide olfactive training to internal and external stakeholders (customers).

  • maintain and enrich library (Gap, Freedom etc); define genealogies and ensure new article information is complete

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Higher education in chemistry and/or business/management

  • Olfactory/fragrance trained in one of the renowned perfumery schools (ISIPCA, Ecole Supérieure du Parfum, etc.)

  • 15+ years experience in evaluation/fragrance design, experience in the fine fragrance category (Europe/Global), niche fine fragrance a plus

  • Languages: German & English mandatory, French is a plus

  • Excellent organization and project management skills

  • Excellent market knowledge

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements

  • Resilience/strong adaptation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a team-player mindset and hands-on mentality

  • Ability to work in a multilingual, fast-paced environment

  • Ready to relocate to Zurich or surrounding.
