SALES MANAGER
NORTH AFRICA 

Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan

Based in Dietlikon, Switzerland

In the course of further expansion and based on the company's strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are offering a position as Sales Manager for the North African region.

Your Tasks

​

  • Selling of perfume oils (B2B) focusing on fine fragrances category

  • Managing of complex negotiations with our distributors and customers

  • Understanding the needs of our distributors and customers and supporting them accordingly

  • Successfully creating business with new and existing customer accounts

  • Developing a good understanding of the market dynamics, products and brands

  • Planning, meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Travelling throughout the North African region (approx. 30-40 % of your time)

  • Proactively initiating and supervising customer as well as internal projects for fragrance submission

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales role in FMCG (Fragrances and Cosmetics will be preferred)

  • An Education in Sales or Marketing (or similar)

  • Passion for fragrances

  • Excellent negotiation skills and engaging appearance

  • Confident, trustworthy, welcoming and empathic personality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in French and English is a must, good communications skills in German and Arabic would be a plus

  • Hands-on mentality

  • Willingness to travel and interest in intercultural exchange (about 30-40%)
