In the course of further expansion and based on the company's strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are offering a position at our headquarters in Dietlikon as Sales Manager for the region North Africa. 

Your Tasks

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Sales of fragrances, focusing on Fine Fragrances and FMCG (Personal, Home & Air Care)

  • Manage complex negotiations

  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

  • Understand the needs of our Agents and support them according to their needs.

  • Develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers and their products/brands

  • Understanding and feeling market dynamics

  • Travelling throughout the North African region (approx. 30-40 % of your time)

  • Manage customized Product Launch Projects in collaboration with internal Fragrance Design and Marketing 

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent track record in Sales, min. 3 years sales experience in the fragrance industry

  • Must speak and write fluently in French, English, (Arabic and any further language is a plus)

  • Must be willing to travel

  • Confident friendly and engaging appearance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good knowledge of customers, competition and an existing customer

  • Techno-commercial role in the fragrance, perfume, cosmetics or ingredients sectors, preferably in international work environments
